Games Consoles
We all know about the Xbox 360 dismall launch in Japan and its steady lack of sales. Microsoft of Japan Xbox360 operations chief Yoshihiro Maruyama even admitted that sales of the Xbox 360 were lower than expected. However, he also mentioned that the Xbox 360 market in Japan will perk up with the release of some new Japanese titles.
Maruyama also explained that because Microsoft is still rather new to the gaming industry, they lack first-party titles and franchises that really assure people of great games coming out for now and in the future. But he assures us that Microsoft has a lot more titles than what was announced coming for the Japan market, so keep on the look out.
