Many users have had a lot of success with TwinMOS/Winbond PC3200 DDR modules in their nForce rigs (myself included), The Crucible takes a look at the performance of 2×256MB in an ABIT NF7-S V2.0:

Today we are looking at TwinMOS’ PC3200 CL2.5 DDR. This is the more basic DDR that TwinMOS produces, but it seems to produce wondrous results. Based on Winbond’s BH-5 (five nanosecond rated) ram chips, the same that Corsair uses in it’s PC3500 C2 sticks, it seems TwinMOS is being very conservative with their rating of these sticks. TwinMOS however does not offer a line of pre tested overclocked sticks
