Tweakmonster BGA RAMsinks, UV Fan Grills & Fan Bracket Review

Although some of the Tweakmonster products could use a little work to make them perfect, the overall product line is very well built and gets the job done. These products fit into a niche and now ever-popular area in modern computing and it is clear why Tweakmonster sits near the top of the pile! For these reasons Tweakmonster gets a thumbs-up and is “ap0c approved”.

BGA RAMsinks:
Great looks and cooling! The chrome finish gives them that high-performance feel and makes them look at home on any video card. They are the perfect size to allow for proper cooling, but not too large to get in the way of installing aftermarket video card coolers. Considering the price these little babies go for, it would be nice to see a smoother finish on the base.

UV Fan Grills:
Definitely a worthy addition to your modded case! High quality workmanship and great looks. Green grills look awesome all the time…and both look great under UV light, especially the blue ones. It would be nice to see them have dimensions that avoided the overlapping problem, and possibly a design that would allow for them to be installed properly into the screw-less fan mounts found in many cases. The blue grills are barely noticeable without UV lighting. The design is cool, but currently you are limited to just the ‘Tweakmonster’ design.

Dual 80mm Fan Bracket:
Strong and sturdy. Allows you to position fans right where you need them in order to achieve maximum cooling. Not only helps cool your video card but also any PCI cards and your motherboard…giving you full system cooling. Sleek design makes the grill nearly invisible once fans are installed on it.
