Thermalright XP-90C All Copper Heatsink Review

July 6th 2005 | Cooling

I think market demand for the XP-90C was more for looks and bragging rights than actual cooling performance increase (we are talking about 1-2 degrees difference), as the performance of the XP-90 is very solid too and much less expensive. I have to be honest though, I really like the all copper design, it gets your attention more than plain old aluminum. When you look at the XP-90C you can’t help but think, "Oooo… that’s all copper…. sweeeet!"

If you want one of the best heatsinks available on the market today, the XP-90C is a no-brainer. However, if you need something slightly more affordable, the regular XP-90 is still a good buy.
