Swiftech is using nearly the same proven design they’ve using for over a couple years now; a copper base with protruding aluminum serrated pins. Instead of the pins coming straight out and up like their older MCX4000, the MCX6400-V has them coming out in a flower pattern. This allows for more heat dissipation as the fins aren’t so tightly packed. Will this design allow for the A64 chips to reach their limits? Only time and testing will tell.
