Weighing all the factors together, we are awarding the Soltek Qbic EQ3701M the 4.5 Star Award and the Most Value For Money AMD Athlon SFF system. This is not to say the Soltek is the least expensive AMD SFF system, but considering what it offers and its characteristics as opposed to the Shuttle XPC equivalent, we felt that it deserved the award.
