Graphics Cards
Coming in under the radar at about $145 US places the Soltek SL-5600-XD right where the Ti4200 series left off, and is even less expensive than some Ti4200s are even now. This card is not meant as an upgrade to the Ti4200, but a replacement. Which means if you have something like a GeForce3 Ti200 or a GeForce4 MX, this is the upgrade card that is marketed right at you. Even though the GeForce FX 5600 isn’t meant to be the speed demon in the FX family, it is meant to do more than the previous Geforce cards are able to do. With more advanced vertex and pixel shader capabilities than the previous cards, more complex special effects are possible.
