Hardware.Mag.de has reviewed the nForce3 150 based Shuttle XPC SN85G4:

Manufacturer shuttle makes itself already for some time a name within the range of the bar Ebone systems and does not omit also AMDs new Athlon 64 processor and/or the nForce 3,150 chip set. Accordingly one presents the SN85G4 bar Ebone, which is to convince with extravagantem Design and outstanding equipment. Whether this is also in practice the case and whether the Athlon 64 can unfold its full potential also here, we clarify on the following pages of our article. Before we begin now, we would like to thank you again quite cordially manufacturer shuttle Germany for the supply of a test sample of the new SN85G4.

. . . We must admit honestly that we were inspired by shuttles new Athlon 64 bar Ebone from the first moment on very and up to now also still are that. Despite the small place supply shuttle integrates a set of features into the board and/or into the bar Ebone, which would have so some standard ATX board gladly. Convincingly are also the techniques very much developed, like for example the attachment of the non removable disk or also the installation of Pci and AGP map. Naturally also cooling of the individual components is everything else as simple on such an small area, but shuttle found the correct solution with the I.C.E. technology exactly, which achievement and low noise disturbance unite. As one saw, also a Overclocking was problem-free possible, to which also the extensive Bios contributes its part to it. At a price of approximately 350 euro one gets a matured base 754 bar Ebone with numerous features (SATA, Card reader, 6-Kanal audio etc..) and sovereigns an achievement. One needs only a CCU, main memory, a non removable disk and possibly an optical drive assembly, and already the 64 bits fun can begin! As points of criticism remain however the bad accessibility of the CMOS Jumpers and the bad placement of the Card reader, which blocks the installation of a second HDD. But one can surely live with these errors.
