SHUTTLE - Shuttle SN45G SFF Review

June 24th 2003 | Hardware

The nForce 2 Ultra 400 chipset adds 400MHz FSB support for the latest Athlons, and this chipset is cheaper so the cost of the SN45G will be lower than that of the SN41G2. Again Shuttle uses the MCP-T with the excellent audio features like both SPDIF in and out that is backed by great Nvidia setup software. Performance is obviously enhanced thanks to the 400MHz FSB, and stability remains great. Shuttle still offers plenty of aftermarket options for the SN45G like all of their small form factors, and like their previous small form factors upgrades of the motherboard in the future are possible.
