GamingGroove had a chat with Cameron Rogers of Shuttle about their new nForce3 Ultra based Athlon 64 gaming rig, the SN95G5:
Here’s a scenario: I have to buy the fastest gaming PC available, which from all examples is an Athlon FX-53 system. There are plenty of reasons to buy other manufacturers models that will accommodate this chip, why should I spend my hard-earned money on the SN95G5? Surely, you feel that there is something other than the small footprint the unit has that makes the purchase of the SN95G5 compelling, what is it?
Technically, the SN95G5 is the only SFF that can support an Athlon FX-53 at this time, due to it being the only 939 pin SFF on the market. There will likely be other models from competitors down the road, but the SN95G5 will likely be the coolest and quietest 939 pin SFF for some time to come.
