Samsung SyncMaster 205BW 20-inch LCD Monitor Review

With so many LCD panels in the market today it can be very easy to find it overwhelming to find just the "right" one for you and your needs. For some, price is the only thing that matters and understandably so. For others, they prefer to pay the extra bucks for a monitor made by a familiar name. Today we are looking at a monitor that might have the best of both worlds.

The Samsung SyncMaster 205BW is marketed as a simple display that offers a good picture with a very nice 6ms (according to Samsung) response time. It features a 20" widescreen (WSXGA+) (16:10 aspect ratio) format with a native resolution of 1680 x 1050 pixels.

..At the time of writing the 205BW can be purchased online for ~$230USD. At this price point the 205BW is amongst the cheapest of current 20" LCD displays on the market that has a good picture, a 3 year warranty and comes from a reputable manufacturer making it a pretty good choice for someone looking to get an affordable display.
