The Saitek GM3200 impresses with all its unique features. While on the fly DPI switching is nothing new, it is a very nice starting point. Saitek did not stop there and added a very good weight distribution system. The build quality is great and the software is quite well made. The only downside and ultimate shortfall is its size. The GM3200 does not only come across as clumsy and big, it also feels that way. Gaming with the mouse for extended periods of time will not be nearly as comfortable as the Razer or Logitech counterparts.
The mouse still looks great and will certainly be perfect for LAN parties. Considering the good price for all the features and all the different ways the GM3200 can be customized makes it easier to overlook the rather large size, as one can get used to everything. If Saitek can take the great feature set and place it into a slim and more ergonomic mouse, it would be hard to beat.
