Nvidia, Intel Sign Agreement
Intel has followed up its patent cross-licensing agreements with graphics processor maker ATI Technologies with a similar one with rival Nvidia. Apart from letting Intel integrate its chip technology with Nvidia’s graphics processors, the agreement will let Nvidia license Intel’s front-side bus technology for its products. End-users can thus get Nvidia’s nForce platform on Intel-based systems. Nvidia so far only made graphics chipsets for AMD platforms.
