What makes this SD so special is the removable cover that protects a tab within the cover. This tab is the USB connection, and this is what makes the OCZ SD Dual different. With a SD card having its own USB connection, the days of carrying around card readers or hoping your buddy has one nearby are now over, since every computer currently built has an USB port.

..There isn’t too much I really can say about SD flash media other than it’s one of the most versatile media cards I have used so far. I personally have have CF, SD, and Micro SD cards in my collection, and I normally have to make sure I either have a card reader installed in my computer or have a portable card reader that I keep in my laptop bag. This sometimes can be a major inconvenience, especially when I just grab my DSLR and head out to take some pics.

With the OCZ SD Dual connection system, I no longer have to worry if I have my card reader with me or if the closest computer has the proper media slots. Instead, I just pop the top cover off and use a free USB port on the closest computer I can get a hold of. It definitely makes my life easier, and it can for you as well. I suggest picking up one of these bad boys as soon as you can.
