NVIDIA
The Inquirer is reporting that NVIDIA may not be to eager to work with Microsoft on the upcoming Xbox2 console.
“NVIDIA MAY HAVE BURNT ITS FINGERS over its deal with Microsoft to supply chips for the original Xbox. Reports indicate that nVidia is less than enthusiastic about supplying chips for the Xbox 2. Over at SiliconValley.com, nVidia CEO Jen-Hsun Huang sounded a very cautious note, ‘we would be delighted to work with Microsoft on the next Xbox, but we are a company with many opportunities.’ Which sounds to us like he really isn’t interested in playing ball.”So, do you think NVIDIA, after the warm welcome (no pun intended) of the GeforceFX, can afford to spend time on another project while ATi has stolen the graphics crown from them? I guess we will all just have to wait and see what happens, won’t we….
