NVIDIA is set to introduce SLI for laptops, writes the Inquirer:
Mobile SLI won’t be part of any thin and light notebook - it’s of course for heavy desktop replacement machines. Nvidia launched Geforce Go 6800 Ultra cards together with Dell, and those machines are already available but SLI will push the boundaries a little further.
This will sure make Nvidia the performance leader in the notebook market but we know that power consumption of two mobile cards such as Geforce Go 6800 Ultra will be ridiculous.
