BANGALORE, INDIA—FEBRUARY 21, 2005—NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), a worldwide leader in graphics and digital media processors, today announced the opening of a new design center in Bangalore, India, continuing NVIDIA’s expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.

The Bangalore design center will be modeled on existing NVIDIA’s design centers, with a state-of-the-art facility and data center allowing top-to-bottom design of advanced graphics and digital media processors for a wide range of platforms.
Since its founding, NVIDIA has invested over $1billion into R&D. As it expands into new product areas, including wireless media processors for mobile phones, the Company intends to continue its R&D investment on a worldwide basis.
