NVIDIA GeForce 7950GT Review

This time last week, Nvidia unleashed a new ‘bang for your buck’ GPU in the form of the 7900GS that really impressed us - it had 7900GT like performance at a price closer to what you would expect a 7600GT to sell for. However, Nvidia aren’t quite done with the updates just yet, as today they announce another new addition to the Geforce 7 series, the Geforce 7950GT.

Like the 7900GS, the 7950GT is more or less the same chip as the 7900GT, except this time around obviously instead of lowering the performance to justify a cheaper price point ($US 299), performance has been increased to justify replacing the 7900GT in Nvidia’s product lineup.
