MS Updates List of Xbox Games Playable on Xbox 360

Microsoft has udpated its list of backwards-compatible Xbox games playable on the Xbox 360. Latest additions include:

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon 2
• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon 2 Summit Strike
• Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six 3 Black Arrow
• Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell
• Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Chaos Theory
• Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow

Go ahead, stick any of your original Xbox Splinter Cell discs in your 360 and you should be prompted to download a patch enabling Xbox 360 play for the classic stealth-’em-ups. These wise game additions certainly bode well for future expansions to Xbox 360 backwards comparability list, with more patches for original Xbox games promised. For now though, you can enjoy Mr. Clancy’s games in Xbox 360 HD-vision.
