Alex van Kaam, creator of Motherboard Monitor - a handy system monitoring
utility that runs from the system tray - is looking for assistance from nForce2
owners.
Some of you will already know MBM doesn’t yet support all nForce2 motherboards:
“only nForce2 users who have their sensor chip on the
smbus (ASUS) are affected, some boards have it on the isa (chaintech I think)
and they will work fine with MBM right now“, says Alex.
So if you
can drop by the livewiredev Motherboard
Monitor forum and lend your support or sign up as a beta tester it might help
speed up the development.Alex is keen to point out that, while it’s a slow process, NVIDIA are doing what
they can to help provide the SMBus information he needs.
