Microsoft Wireless Notebook Presenter Mouse 8000 Review

April 20th 2007 | Peripherals

The Microsoft Wireless Presenter Mouse 8000 is a step forward in the fine art of combining utilities. Using Bluetooth wireless technology is a liberating experience. Having a mouse that is packed with additional features, adds a whole new level of freedom. The Presenter Mouse 8000’s small size makes it ideal for notebook use, but is also just as comfortable when used with desktop computers. Its overall appearance is sleek and stylish with a two-tone black and gray color and compact, ergonomic design.

Along with the functions of a standard mouse, the Microsoft Presenter Mouse offers features that mesh seamlessly with presentation programs such as PowerPoint, or audio functions such as iTunes. Turning the mouse over reveals buttons including advance, previous, volume up, volume down, pause, blank screen and even a handy laser pointer. Additional functions include on/off switch, tilt wheel function, mouse/presenter toggle button and side function buttons for use with digital ink or magnify mode.
