Logitech’s MX 5000 cordless desktop is one of the most impressive sets of input devices to come along in some time. This kit is crammed full of cool new features as well as some slightly older, but proven, technology. If you are looking for style and cutting edge buzzwords, like laser and Bluetooth, you have come to the right place.
The MX5000 is an expensive product, but considering that a MX1000 (RF version) costs about sixty dollars and a good Bluetooth-USB adapter can be upward of thirty dollars, the cost makes a bit more sense. Of course consumers are paying a premium for the touch-sensitive controls and on-keyboard LCD screen as these items are quite unique.
