HEKPC and OCWorkbench have posted pics of the Jetway nForce4 939GT-Dual P which has both socket 754 and 939 sockets! OCW also has pics of the Jetway 755GT4SL and 939GT4SLI nForce4 SLI motherboards:

J939GT-Dual-P is Jetway’s solution to two socket types 754 and 939 based on NF4 single chipset solution. The concept is quite similar to the Combo-Z which is based on the ULi M1689 but this one is for PCI-E x16 and no AGP. IT has 4 SATA ports and lots of jumpers to connect/disconnect for switching between Socket 754 or 939.
