This is a great budget card! It can be used in many different applications. It is great for a HTPC, but it can also play games well. With school starting back up in a few weeks this is the perfect card to get for any college student. It will do everything that a high end card will do minus the quality gaming performance of a high end card, so why spend the extra money if you are not going to game that much.
The S-Video to Video cable is great for HTPC users. It cuts the hassle of getting connectors and extra cables. This card is selling for $60-$90 (at time of review), which is great for someone trying to build a budget system. The bottom line is this card does what it is supposed to do. We at ThinkComputers give the GeForce FX5700VE a 9 out of 10!
