So, you’ve got yourself a nice shiny PSP. How are you enjoying it? Liberty City Stories is great, as is Ridge Racer. FIFA Soccer you could probably live without, but there’s always Everybody’s Golf. All in all, it’s still a gorgeous bit of kit.
But what about when the gaming stops? What about those times when you just want to veg out on a plane or a bus and catch up on a TV episode or watch a DVD rip, rather than taxing your brain with something interactive? This is when you need the PSP’s video capabilities.
Rather than spend time working out all the intricacies of the file format and the size restrictions, it’s easier to use a dedicated PSP video converter programme, and there is a whole flood of third party software that is designed to make life easier for the end-user. Some of it is paid-for, and some of it is free. Today, we’re trying out three free packages to see which one makes for the most hassle-free conversion of PSP video.
