Foxconn NF4UK8AA-8EKRS Review

The features of the Foxconn NF4UK8AA-8EKRS are certainly plentiful and are complimented well by it’s performance and price. This is one of the few nForce 4 boards on the market that has more than 3 PCI slots and that can really come in handy for any loaded out system. For that alone I applaud this board. If you need a board that has it all, this is one to consider.

For any HTPC user the ability to have 4 PCI slots on an nForce 4 board means dual tuners, HDTV, modem for caller ID and a decent video card with a good cooling solution. As opposed to cutting out one or even two of those items with other boards. Equipped with SPDIF out and 8 channel audio the on board solution is more than adequate for most users and should make things a little easier. In addition the on board Firewire just pushes the bundle even further allowing for more connectivity and future video options such as connecting your Cable Set Top box to your HTPC.
