wierd reboot problem asus a7n8x deluxe

When I reboot my computer from windows xp it passes by bios but when it comes to sata loading thing it stops and stands still for like 30sec and then a bit of text comes up and 30sec later a bit more text comes up and if i press reset on the chassi same thing happen. But if i turn of the computer and start it up, then it runs fine.

Running Asus a7n8x deluxe with 1700+ barton clocked to 1700mhz.
8,5x @ 200/200 mhz. Did run it faster before but now with that problem i did clock it down a bit, it didnt help. Same with original speeds also.

It´s not a PSU problem I got a new PSU from NesteQ NA4501 450W 0dB.

For some weeks ago it did som random bluescreen error saying som IDE problem then i did put out my old IDE harddrive and only runs 2 SATA drives. The error did come back once and since then i did come up more. verry strange.

My motherboard begins to get old?

Got verry mutch static poping in the soundstorm. More and more by every years that comes.

have u tried reinstalling the SATA drivers?

yes I did reinstall new version of it becuse the old version I did get some write errors and needed to run scandisk. Im going to put back the old IDE harddrive and see whats happend now.
