Welcome at nForcersHQ Forum!

It is not easy to give you an answer, because you posted only a few informations.
I assume, that your system has an nForce 430 chipset mainboard with integrated Geforce 6150 LE graphics adapter.

Additional questions:
  1. What is the exact name of your emachine system?
  2. Which OS are you running?
  3. How many and which sort of SATA hdd's are built-in?
  4. Why are 2 different graphics adapters shown within the Device Manager? Haven't you disabled the integrated one?
My current system:
Gigabyte P35-DS4 (BIOS: v.F12) | Intel Core2Duo E8400 | 2x2048 MB G.Skill DDR-2 1000 Mhz | 3x250 GB Samsung S-ATA II, 2 of them as Intel ICH9R Raid0 | beQuiet! Straight Power 500W | Gigabyte GeForce 8600GTS DDR3
My previous system:
DFI nF4 Ultra-D (BIOS: 2006/04/06) | AMD Athlon64 4000+ San Diego | 2x512 MB OCZ PC3200 CL2 Rev.2 Platinum | 2x200 GB Samsung S-ATA II as nForce4 Raid0 | beQuiet!Titan BQT P5-470W-S1.3 | MSI GeForce NX6600GT-TD128E

I only have one Sata HDD. Its suppose to be 160, but only shows 130GB.

Yea its disable, thats why if you look real close, you see a white little mark on it. I right click it and selected disable, so i gather it is

NVIDIA is offering the Vista 32bit nForce driverpack 15.26 for your chipset. You can get it here.
If you want to get the best possible performance, I recommend to take my Vista 32bit NF4-7 SATA Performance Pack. You will find further informations and the download links within the first post of this thread.

As long as you have just 1 SATA hdd, it doesn't make sense to enable RAID. If you want to create a RAID array, you will need a second SATA hdd.

I downloaded your pack, the 6.0 beta, and i will let you know how well it does soon.

EDIT: i See the pack in the first post, i will download that instead of the 6.0 beta thing.

Question:

If i want to install more up to date nforce drivers, can i just install them without uninstalling the older ones?

Also, you said the 5.0 drivers were best for me , what about the 6.0 beta ones?

You always should have unimstalled the previously used nForce Ethernet driver, before you install a completely new nForce chipset driver set. All other drivers - except the Ethernet one - can be overwritten with no problem.

Also, you said the 5.0 drivers were best for me , what about the 6.0 beta ones?
You may try them, but I doubt, that you will get a better performance by using them.
