I've got a Biostar M7NCG-400 nforce2 board, and I can't find any documentation on what is the MIC_IN wiring scheme. Googling around gives me the idea that on most systems, MIC_IN is a 3 conductor jack wired thusly: (1) signal-input, (2) +5v bias, (3) ground. But the Realtek ALC650 reference design seems to imply that the three conductors will be used as (1) signal-input channel 1, (2) signal-input channel 2, (3) ground. Biostar documentation is useless on this; anyone know the real deal? (I'm presuming that all nforce2 boards are the same in this regard, but maybe that's wrong.)
