If you had the problem after a bios change, chances are something changed in the bios. Go in and make sure your hard drives are using UDMA and make sure the video is set to agp or pcie and not pci. If you're using a sound card and your board has onboard sound be sure the onboard sound is disabled. Those are a couple of things that cause issues. If you had someone else build this for you ask them to check bios settings for you, default is usually best but not always. If the board has an older bios version on it you may need to update. Most of your issue sounds like drivers, be sure you've got the latest drivers for everything. Open the case and gently press on the video card and the memory sticks to be sure all is fully seated in its slot. Good luck.

i want to change my motherboard... how will i uninstall the motherboard in my Hard drive?
