I have a one year old board I bought open box from Epox. Just bought an Athlon Xp 3000+ Barton 200mhz FSb from Ebay. Using Corsair EMS 400mhz memory.

Tried every setting I could on clocking bios, and memory can't get bus speed above 166mhz, otherwise it won't boot (Win Xp Pro or Win 2003 Server).

Using latest epox bios. Unless it is a bad processor (doesn't seem that way), any other suggestions??
