Flashing nf7 bios with an7 .!!!! with wrong bios!!!??

ok . .what have i done . . pls is there any help . . . cause computer won't start .. .after this . . . i flashed bios thinking that this could help me with sata 2 hdd which my mother board didnt recognize.

i pick wrong file insted of nf7 i pick an7 cause they was in the same directora and now after reboot i see only blank screen . . .no signal in monitor . . . . is there anything that can be done to recover bios . ..
