Their customer satisfaction is pretty much nonexistant. Once more games come out that don't use hardware audio at all (and they will) they'll lose their grip. But for high end now, they're still the only option.
As for Daniel_K, I'm wondering if the reason the features are locked at all are licensing agreements (say with Dolby,) at which point I could understand it. They should find a better way to handle things is all. |

If licensing agreements are the issue Creative can (and should in my opinion) put this clearly. What they do is incomprehensible for me... |
