| I don;t know if this would be the problem, but have ou thaught about a new Power Supply? 380w is a little to less I think. |

| i have same problem -_- still couldn't find the solution to it... does your computer also say you need to update Bios from hardware-updates.com?? mine does |

Have you got a recent bios with HPET timers in the power management tab?
If so disable it, it's only supported under Vista.
I'm having a similar occasional issue with Vista Ultimate x64 too.
Changed my HPET to 64 bit and it seems OK so far.
Obviously YMMV.  |

 That's solved it.
HPET can be either 32 or 64 bit depending on which flavour of vista your running.
Tried it with Xp too and with HPET disabled it's also fine. |
