Nvidia has just released Vista drivers for the nForce 400 series and higher at their website. There appears to actually be 2 packages with different sets of drivers in them, yet both are called version 15.00. nvidia makes no sense to me!!

Are these other drivers than those you have posted here?
Do you have a link to that NVIDIA site?

Well I didn't post a link because there are too many links to post. They ones I posted yesterday are the 15.00G driver package. It is mostly the same as the one 15.00 driver package Nvidia released today. The only difference is Nvidia didn't include a graphics driver in today's releases. The other issue is Nvidia released another package called 15.00 today, and it is different than the other 15.00 package.

The best way to describe this so you understand is to go to the nvidia website and look at the Vista driver 15.00 for the Intel nForce 590 SLI, and the driver for the AMD nForce 590 SLI. They are both nForce package 15.00, yet both contain totally different drivers!!

Thanks for the reply.
Here are the links to the nForce590 SLI AMD chipset driver packages:
Vista x86:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_590a_sli_winvista32_15.00.html
Vista x64:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_590a_sli_winvista64_15.00.html

Although NVIDIA writes at its homepage, that the (XP?) IDE drivers are version 6.67, they seem to be identical with those from the nForce 430/410/405/400 chipset package (version 9.31).

Just came the Vista drivers for nForce4 AMD chipsets.
Vista x86: http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce4_amd_winvista32_15.00.html
Vista x64: http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce4_amd_winvista64_15.00.html

Update: NVIDIA has just released new Vista drivers for all nForce chipsets (unless nForce1/2 and nForce3).

There's some Vista drivers for NF3 also, but it dosen't seem like they are quite up just yet.

Maybe we'll see some NF2 ones also, seeing as Nvidia are in a good mood... Razz

The NF3 Vista x64 page is blank atm though, which makes me think something maybe on there soon.

Just what I have been looking for. I hope they work. Smile

I have two unknown devices on my A8N32-SLI Deluxe running Vista x64

ACPI\PNPB02F
*PNPB02F
&
ACPI\PNPB006
*PNPB006

I have seen someone say that they are midi and game port.

By the way. Has anyone had any luck getting Sun Java and Shockwave Flash to work on Vista x64?

These drivers dont work for RAID

PC wont even boot after installing these drivers. Just gets to the first windows screen then reboots.

You can manually install
Nforce 4 Serial ATA Controller
Nforce Network card

Installed Vista business X86 using this method
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Copy extracted files on floppy
Run make floppy.

Boot to bios set first boot as floppy then dvd rom

Have floppy inserted and vista cd in drive.

Remove floppy when prompted and continue with vista install.

Once u reach the vista install put the floppy back in. It MUST be in the drive for the next restart. Then remove the floppy when prompted.
