8RDA6+ with/in RAID5 configuration(SiL 3114, 3 SATAII Discs)

At the moment I'm running a 8RDA3+, 2x SATA 80GB Discs in Raid0, XPprof, Athlon XP3200+

I own a motherboard 8RDA6+(Pro) since last year...I haven't installed it yet.
I bougt this board to install a Raid5-System with 3x 250 GB SATAII Discs.

My Questions:
1.) Which Mainboard-BIOS Version will deal with RAID 5 - has to be installed?
2.) Which SIL 3114 Bios/Driver has to be used/installed
3.) Can the Mainboard handle then 3x 250 GB SATAII Disks ?
4.) Can the OS boot from these discs (SiL 3114-RAID5 configuration) ?

I did send these questions to EPOX (tw) they haven't answered yet.
Has anybody a clue/answere or experience?
