Hey guys, looking for a little advice/assurance on a new build. My current system is 5 years old(Athlon 1800+) and has worked well but I can't play any HD content and of course gaming just isn't going to happen. I game but not that much since I mostly edit photos and videos.

I'd also like to stick with AMD. Intel is fine, but AMD still gets my money.

I'm kind of on a budget so nothing too expensive so here's what I was thinking:

Athlon 5000+ Black Edition w/ Freezer 64
GIGABYTE GA-MA770-DS3 ( supports Phenom for later upgrade)
G.Skill 2GB memory
Rosewill 500W PSU
Seagate 250GB SATA HDD
Cooler Master Centurion 5 Case
SAPPHIRE 100195L Radeon X1650
also a LiteOn DVD burner, Arctic Silver 5
