m7ncd boot problem

ive had my mobo for about a year now and it just ecided to go nut on me. When i turn it on i dont get the boot up screen and it gives me one long bep nd i get no video. i dont kno what the problem could be as i havent added any new hardware in the since i built the pc a year ago. ive tried resseting the bios but this hasnt remedied the problem. any ideas on whats wrong?

One long beep is usually memory.

Try reseating the memory.
