Problem installing Ubuntu

Don't think the Radeon be the issue..........I installed mine with a 1900xt.

I played around with it some more last night. I tried the install again. It does a bunch of loading with a grey and black ubuntu screen. Just after the display shuts off, it plays some crazy sounding music (probably a 5-10 second clip). I can only imagine this sound is the sound it makes when it loads into the OS. At this point, the screen is just black, and all I can do is shut her down with the power button.

Try to burn iso file to dvd with magiciso. It works well.
