Just got your PM. I'll check the board specs it a min and get back to ya. I checked the EPoX site last nite and it was back up so you may look there http://www.epox.com/. Is it a new build or was the sound working before?heck this page (US) driver page: http://www.epox.com/USA/downloads.asp

UPDATE: It has Realtek ALC650E audio___Driver link http://www.epox.com/USA/article.asp?ID=1047

The motherboard drivers are here: http://www.epox.com/USA/article.asp?ID=1062 install these first before sound or video and dont forget DirectX drivers

Thumbs Up Let me know how it goes____MTt

If it is Realtek why not download directly from them - http://www.realtek.com.tw.
Direct link for XP/2003/2000/ME/98 is ftp://202.65.194.212/pc/audio/WDM_A404.exe
and for Vista ftp://202.65.194.212/pc/audio/6285_Vista_APO_PG536.zip
Do not forget to update DirectX with newest (June 2008 nowadays) update from Microsoft...

Hmmmm.....Sorry about the dead links Embarassed . I assumed the site being back online the links would work but no dice. As stated above download the Realtek driver. Check the BIOS and make sure the onboard sound is enabled. Use the nForce Unified driver ( http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_udp_winxp_5.10.html)from NVIDIA first then the sound then DirectX....Again sorry about the dead links. Smile

I prefer some modified driver kits than that old official release. Look at for example nForce Unified Remix (I use version 9.35) or other driver packs...
