I just need to know if it has multiplier and vcore adjustments in the BIOS. Thanks

Yes, I do. Go to the Biostar USA website and download their bios update manual. Its not very technical, but it should help you. I had problems with mine before flashing the bios. I have had no problems since then. It is very easy to flash the M7NCD Ultra bios. Just follow the instructions.
