Update: Not for sale anymore, at least until further notice.
Hi, I am selling:
Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 SLA3F L2 Stepping CPU
$110 shipped (chip only), or
$120 shipped with stock heatsink.
Currency is in USD; will ship to 48 contiguous states in USA. Shipping method varies with location. The CPU has been used for 2 months.

I'm interested since it's the old stepping. Why are you selling it exactly?
Would you be willing to sell it WITH the stock heatsink and fan for $125? I'm on a very limited budget and it is still USED.
Also, what shipping method would you be using? Will I be able to get the warranty?
