RAID questions on 610i

Hi Everybody -

I'm new to RAID and have a question. Can I set up two seperate mirrors (RAID 1 with 2 SATA 500 gig drives and another RAID 1 with 2 SATA 250 gig drives) ? Been trying to do some research and can not come up with a definitive answer. Also, both Raid 1's already have disks with data on them - will they be replicated to the mirrors as part of the process (one is my OS drive)..

Obviously I'm a little scared of losing my data in the process...
