9NPA+ Ultra Constant Reboot During Windows Loading

I am having trouble with the same thing. I turn on the computer and it loops, restarts, and loops again having a anosecond of blue screen with an error message I cannot read. When I try to put in the Windows XP CD to try the recovery system, immediately upon entering recovery the computer shuts down. This happens with anything I try to do involving the Windows XP CD. Without the CD it's the constant loop. I haven't done anything to the computer at all, it just started acting like this on Saturday when it was shut down for the day. (Currenly at work in an office.)

I have read the above posts and since I can't even get into a windows program or recovery mode, I am at loss of what to do. What makes it even more frustrating is that tomorrow is a work day (Monday, May 7, 07) and that if the main computer does not boot normally than the other computers in the network can't access the information and therefore will not work either.
