k7n2g-l fsb voltage adjust and flashing bios with NTFS

Hi all: I have my new power supply now 550 watts and am back to trying to overclock this mainboard. I left my specs in the other topci k7n2g overclock problems.
1) How do I adjust the fsb voltage? I see no option for this in the bios. I have version 3.5 of the MSI bios.
Right now I can get 183 fsb speed, but my system is not very stable.
2) I gave up on the MSI liveupdate because it wilkl not download, so I will try flashing from a floppy. I have the NTFS file system. cant I just copy the flash bios to the floppy and flash directly from that? the txt file says do not flash from a floppy. All fine and good, but how do I access my harddrive from a boot floppy when it is ntsf?
3) I tried the nforce tuner program, but it sure did not do a steller job.
