nvrd32.sys causes bluescreen during fresh xp-installation

hi,

i have a big prob and hope that someone can help me out of this.


config:
board: asus m2n-e, nvidia 5-serie
hd: 2 samsung hd200hj
mediashield: 6.78
bios: 1401 (act. version).

raid 0 (striped) is shown during the bootprocess as healthy and with a size of closly 400GB. some prg's show and uses this size (like hutil - the lowlevel formater and disktool from samsung)

clean xp-installation, strg-f6: driver added (i tryed all drivers from fernando and the orgiginal one) and the 400GB hd is NOT shown in the xp-setup (where it should be). with the 6.99 (ahci) driver the array is shown as 2 hd's with an actual size of closey 190.000mb for each but with a difference to eachother of 4 mb. could this be the prob ?

with the actual driver-version (10.xxxxxx) there is no hd shown - nothing !

after the reboot message a bluescrenn appears:

nvrd32.sys
stop: $7e ($c0000005, $f726adc7 .....)


any ideas ??? .... regards knarf
