Thanks all. Replaced the HDD, loaded optimized bios settings,fresh install of XP, motherboard and video drivers. All appears OK so far. http://www.mdmm.com/spec.php?productid=155 Here is the psu.

Glad you got it sorted out and that the box is up and running but were you ever able to figure out what the rail outputs were for your power supply? Looking at your link I can find no mention of them in the specs. Are they written on the side of the unit? They should be.
