GA-7NFRZ Best Setup

Hi everybody, im writing this post because i have a 7NFRZ Motherboard and i want to know if some one can give me the best setup in the chipset and the other options that it have. My PC has the following components:

Amd Athlon Xp 2800
MSI Ati Radeon 9550 256mb
512MB
Power supply of 400W
Dvd rw
Modem
3 fans
etc etc

I want to know the setting of agp frequency, agp opening frecuency etc all the setup that come with this Mother Board

It been a long time since I post around the forum.

I would like to ask some question about my 7NF-RZ(C) Motherboard. the questions are the followings:

1. Since the motherboard is a nforce2, if there any lastest drivers for it??
2. I made a driver scan on my computer with Driveragent.com and with driver genius and it said that the following componets are out-dated:

NVIDIA NForce 2(tm) SPP/IGP ATA Controller
NVIDIA nForce MCP Networking Controller
NVIDIA nForce PCI System Management
NVIDIA nForce2 AGP Host to PCI Bridge

So would like to know where can i update this components on my PC.

3. I heard sometime ago that its better to leave windows drivers than the NVIDIA one, so if its true, how can i remove the NVIDIA one and just leave the windows one.
