Definitive BIOS settings for an Abit NF7-S v2

Above are pics of each screen in the abit nf7-s v2 d27 bios with default settings. I'm looking for some input on changes that other people make that I might not know about. I'm not going for any sort of overclocking, just wanting the "best" or optimal/normal settings since my GF uses this pc 99% of the time anyway (i just build a new one for myself recently).

Changes I made ->

CPU FSB/DRAM Ratio -> SPD

Second Boot Device -> CD-Rom
Third Boot Device -> HDD-0

Memory Timings -> SPD

USB Keyboard Support via -> Bios (i can't hit a key to boot from CD unless this is set to BIOS for some reason)
USB Mouse Support via -> Bios
USB Device 2.0 Compatible -> Enable

Shutdown when CPUFAN Fail -> Enable
CPU Shutdown Temperature -> 60C

I was wondering about some of the settings in the Advanced Chipset Features page, like the "enhance pci performance" option and agp aperature setting. Also what about the IDE Bus Master? I'm open to any sort of suggestions that might help fine-tune this old board
