Cant use more than 2 gigs of RAM/

Ive got a K9N SLI Platinum and Ive been running 2 gigs of OCZ PC6400 RAM. I just got another pair and put them in. The computer boots up fine but hard locks as soon as I open a program. Ive tried running 3 sticks and it does the same thing. Ive also tried changing the timings in the BIOS but nothing works.

XP Pro. I know about the 32bit memory addressing limitation. XP only shows 3 gigs when 4 is installed but it still shouldnt lock up.

try memtest on the new ram

are they matching same chips timmings as old set
